Carita Nyberg founded the company Dolphino Communications in 2002. The new name is now Keys2Balance as from January 2012. The company focuses on Keys2Balance® trainings - a registered trademark. Since the beginning, the vision has been to provide practical insights in people business for individuals and groups – functional keys to any workplace.

The head office is located in Helsinki, with a target group consisting of both local and international companies in Finland. The trainings are mainly company specific for managers and teams, but lectures and individual coachings are also available (see Services). In addition, the company provides strategic consulting and certifies Key trainers.

The program is based on the PersonEssence – Understanding People – concept by Ph.D. José Stevens, which has been used for over 30 years in the U.S for individual and group trainings. After engaging the subject in New Mexico in 2002, Carita Nyberg has continued the development in Finland, diversely training several work communities. The method provides practical solutions to leadership, cooperation and wellbeing at work.

Trainings are available in English, Finnish and Swedish.
