What about wellbeing at your workplace?

Values&Worldviews, obstacles and pillars of vitality are keys that give a deeper understanding about the themes that affect our wellbeing and how we perform. Burnout most likely hits when some keys are out of balance and good advice come handy also in early stages.

Values&Worldviews don’t always translate into action. If that is the case, then the unofficial values are at play instead. If values clash at your workplace, there is a conflict of interest, often leading to energy leaks. Sustainable development is based on living the values.
What about your workplace, is it a competing or relationship oriented worldview and how is that affecting you?

There are many obstacles in any workplace, often resulting in things going downhill fast. Obstacles are fear patterns that often are invisible for those affected, however obvious for others. An example is impatience, quality issues are present as things are being rushed. Stubbornness always gets in the way of changes even if they are crucial in order to keep going. Other obstacles are: greed, self destruction, arrogance, self deprecation and martyrdom - a very common obstacle.

Pillars of vitality
give purpose and energy. All four pillars need to be addressed for a balanced way of living. This is a great key in coaching but also for balancing workplaces. Do you include true play, true rest, true study and true work in your life?
