Runa Bouius

Runa is an Icelandic entrepreneur, business consultant and trainer. In 1996 she relocated to the USA after selling her businesses in the cosmetic and perfume industry. 2005 marked the year Runa founded the consulting company Runora LLC with the primary focus on awakening the notion of higher purpose and authentic power in people in business and catalyzing conscious company culture through awareness and conscious leadership.

After relocating to Los Angeles Runa co-founded the Conscious Leader Network with Mark Lefko in 2011, a global networking community answering the need for cultivation of new and more conscious ways of doing business. She draws on her diverse training, as well as her business acumen, when mentoring leaders and when designing, producing and facilitating events, programs and retreats.

Runa heads the Keys2Balance® USA branch in Los Angeles and sits on the advisory board of Keys2Balance®, a leadership program for leaders, groups and organizations offering tools for conscious leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. Keys2Balance® is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

Runa on islantilaissyntyinen yrittäjä, konsultti ja kouluttaja. 20 vuoden ajan Runa johti kosmetiikka yrityksiä Islannissa. Hän on perustanut 2005 yrityksen Runora LLC, jonka sijaintipaikka on Los Angeles, Kalifornia, USA. Runa keskittyy erityisesti mentorointiin ja johtamisen kehittämiseen, tavoitteena löytää omat voimavaransa ja syvempi yhteys itseen. Hennes företag Runora LLC i Los Angeles, Kalifornien USA, grundades 2005, med fokus på mentorskap, och ledarskapsutveckling med temat att hitta sin egen styrka och en djupare inre kontakt. År 2011 grundade hon tillsammans med Mark Lefko företaget Conscious Leader Network, som är ett globalt företag som bygger ledarnätverk för nytänknade inom ledarskap.
